Ok as the title says, my thermo fans will not kick in when the car gets hot, i have checked the main fuse and replaced the three relays in the engine compartment!

What else could it be??

could be hi resitance in the fans?
is it 1 fan or both fans?
you may have a broken wire somewere as well not allowing for a complete circut

Unplug the fans and check for current at the plug with the ignition on. This will tell you if the problem is the fans or the supply circuit.

have power at the plugs, so would that mean that it is actually the fns themselfs?
Isn't it a bit wierd for both to go at the same time!

That is wierd, damn a mate of mine through out a working set of fans 2 weeks ago.

I found that when mine wern;'t working and I removed the relays, one of the wire clip things that clips onto one of the prongs of the relay had sliped down. Maybe check that?
