In people's opinion what suspension setups have yielded the best ride and handling results?

Ie. what makes the car go around corners faster but not crash over bumps or rub tyres etc. I don't care about looks so much as making it run better. My car is a EL Gli 5 speed with currently rooted shocks, standard steel rims with SP Sport 300E silica tyres (90% new so not changing them just yet).

I asked the same question to W.A. Suspensions and they said lovells 'low' springs + DBA shocks, fully installed for $900.

Any other good combinations that people have had done for under $1100. And I don't have time/ experience to install it myself.

check out wilkinsons suspension in bayswater. A few of us have handling packages from them.

I reccomend the koni adjustable shocks and king superlows. Total package installed was 1200ish. Defaintely worth getting something a bit betteer if ur gonna fork out a gino.

Also check out Wheelsworld in ozzie park, i got a whiteline works kit with konis from them for $1600. The koni's were real cheap as part of the package.

If you're after a good overall package you should look into something like Pedders or Whiteline. They match each component with eachother so it all works so well..
