Tremec TKO - the new ones handle 600Nm of torque
The V8 T5 will live behind it for a while but they will break if you punish them.

Sorry mate, i worded my question incorrectly.. I meant what brand 'workshop manual' would help me out the most..

Like gregorys (s**t), haynes (s**t), Max Ellery (never heard of it), or anything else? And where would i be able to purchase it from?

Cheers mate.

By the way, ill just live with my T5 'til it dies, then ill speak with Mal Wood when i need a new box! lol

Sorry - i should have read the whole thread and taken it all in :?
There are some good SADesign books available on the 5.0 that will help with your buildup. Most good automotive bookshops carry the SADesign range - some speedshops carry them too.
