Hello everyone.
I am only recently new, so i should probably introduce myself properly before continuing.
My name is Michael, I am 34, and i love my Fords- though i'm into anything with wheels really. :)

I have looked at some of the cars you guys are building, and i feel a little 'inferior'. Some of the stuff on here is mad.

I have been building and modifying this Festiva since i bought it in Jan 1998. I have some pics in the gallery:
http://www.fordmods.com/forums/gallery. ... k&meetid=0 ,though if your'e interested- my complete build is here>> www.cardomain.com/ride/2414883
In it's current disguise we are making just shy of 120hp ATW on 4psi.
The motor is still being run in, so i only hope to squeeze some more when registered.

Having said that, i am looking to the next stage before rego- Engineering.

So my question is,
Who is good?, Who do i avoid? Who charges too much? Who is in the nepean district? Who is worth travelling for? Who is fair? Etc Etc Etc...

I have the number of a fella named (Bob Buckley?) under business name TRENCO. <<Anybody used him? Reccommend? Comments?

Once the ball is rolling, we can look forward to seeing some road use- which i have not done since 2002. :(

Thank you very much in advance guys.
Appreciated.

Michael.

I know of one to avoid but I won't post their name here as it may be seen as an act of defamation. Long story short allegedly police officers are instructed to disregard all engineer reports signed by this engineer. He's somewhere in the Illawarra so this doesn't concern you.

Thanks for the replies.
Xcabbie- Thanks. PM sent.
TGhia- Ta mate. I will, though Jamie is so busy these days i will have a hard time catching him alone- not to mention (i don't think) he has engineered a project of his own in quite some time, so his thoughts may (or may not) be out of date.
I could always ask Snake too.
I figured i'd ask you guys through conversation anyway, seeing as you all seem to be in current trends, and it 'may' be of interest to other members? :)

Thank you again.

bob Buckly at Penrith.. I would be heading there, he checked over a few Jags for people I know and never had any bite backs from coppers about him.. I could almost assure you that there will be a few engineers around the Bankstown area.. might not have the cleanest names though.

^^Thanks! I know Bob Buckley. I have had a former vehicle of mine go through him.
I was just seeing 'who else' is out there.
I have been consulting with AXR88U.
He has been very helpful so far, and i'm looking forward to the next step.

Thanks.
