I own an Ed Fairmont with a crook auto box and was wondering if it would be easier to convert to manual or replace/rebuild the auto box

these r rough prices so don't qoute me
get old auto for abt $3-400 chuck in your self
rebuild auto or manual conversion over $1000 easy
