Thanks.
I finally got my Master Brake Cylinder replaced and serviced. Through the guys at Bernies Brake Service in Dandenong. That was the cheapest place all up cost me $255 basically for the price of a new PBR master brake cylinder. Pictures below.

The EL police cluster looks good!! Wish i had one of those, the speedo side with the 2km/h increments is a lot better than the normal EL ones.
Just a tip when doing the blue led conversion from the EF into the EL cluster, you might wanna swap the needles out of the EF cluster into the EL one. The orange needles in the EL one dont light up as well with the orange backing. You can either swap them for the EF ones or just take them out and scrape the orange backing off and apply white out to the baks of them.. Good work with the brake m/c. Seems like a pretty reasonable price fitted

Just so you can see the needles properly during the day i.e white is more see-able (dunno if that is a word but it is now lol) over the grey background than clear needles would be, you would still be able to see the needles if they clear but its a bit more practical i guess.
Besides, the EF needles have like a semi transparent white backing anyways and most people ive seen on here who have scraped the EL needles have applied some white-out or white nail polish behind the EL needles. I just used the EF needles when i changed the cluster faces in my EF cluster to EL ones, easier than mucking around with scraping needles and painting them

Hey man awesome car.. all the luxuries!
They say the ghia is supposed to be luxury as stock.. but you proved them wrong. anyway just admiring a fellow ford fans car ps. do you know of anywhere you can actually get the police clusters or is it a thing where when one person no longer wants em is the only way. Also, your blue led cluster is soo much brighter than others ive seen. can i ask if u did something different than the tech doc?.. anyways Nice CAR!

I got the police cluster from here on Fordmods, might want to keep your eye out on the For Sale threads. Yeah i only replaced my bulbs with some Blue Leds which you can buy from EBAY, its a simple replace. I didnt want to go through the trouble of soldering resistors and leds  Thanks.

Been having few water leakage problems this thread here:
 http://www.fordmods.com/ford-4l-and-6-cylinder-f1/heater-pipe-t80522.html?hilit=heater%20pipe Today i replaced my Water Pump, it started leaking for some reason. I think its because i have been putting coolant instead of just water in it and must've removed the rust or shifted it. Or its just a coincidence that it fks up after i have been cleaning and repairing and taking care of the car. It was pretty simple enough to replace by myself just needed an extra hand to take out and put back on the belt. Reasearched on here first found some threads and also asked few tips and hints from my uncle that works at Booran Holdens.  Gonna run it with water for a week and see if i get any leaks ffs.

Oh yeah forgot to add this.
Picked up a 2.5" Exhaust from the cat. Pics.....   Its sounds much better then the ones the car had. I dont know i think i can feel the difference too but dont know how to say what actually increased.

Update, in the weekend fitted the GHIA number plater surround and spear. Looks great. And notice the exhaust too.

get rid of the GLi badge
theres a hole under the falcon but if u peel off the GLi and fold it up onto the falcon it will snap off from the bottom of the falcon badge. then just remove the rest of the tape otherwise looking good

They're in the return cycle system, sometimes they get jammed so it's best to swap them out.
