Jeff's running the Xtreme ceramic with their matching flywheel I believe... Or it could be a YT flywheel, I forget.

Yep im running an Extreme cushioned button cerami-tallic clutch with a modified clamp load to 3000lb, its mated to a Billet steel std weight Yella Terra flywheel. (c'mon Dave, you should remember, i got it off you ;) )
This is also the same combo my mate Dave is running in his AU 220.

I think you may find your MAF will be pretty close to pegging out, you'll have to ask your tuner when it gets tuned. It might be worth stepping up to at least a 75mm if need be.

Jeff

i found out that i had to change my MAF to a bigger unit, so bpt sent me down a bigger one. i also got rid of the airbox and put a pod filter in. they also sent me down a flash 2 with a custom tune so i can run the bigger MAF.

im booked in this friday for some dyno tuning. ill let u know what i get.

Good stuff.
My mates AU with the same mods just got a custom tune done today, made 299rwhp and 395ft/lb f/wheel torque, waiting on a custom better flowing intake set-up then all will be finished.

Hope yours goes just as well.

Jeff

just picked her up from bpt. she made 298.9hp at 5100 . and it revs 300 more rpm to 6200.
and it made 408ftlb flywheel at 3800 to 4300

i ordered a new block the other day, man o war cast iron 8.200 deck, 4 bolt. 4.115 bore. im researching rotating kits at the moment and heads aswell.

Nice work mate, thats some good numbers.
Peak power at 5100rpm seems a little strange though, maybe diff gears had a thing to do with that with their roller tacho, same goes for the torque, i think they can play a part in that too.

What do you mean by it revs 300 more rpm to 6200? As in the rev limiter has been bumped up from 5900 to 6200rpm?

Also what colour is your car Tony? Me mate picked up his AU from BPT today and said he seen a blue one there that made the same numbers, im guessing this is your car?

Jeff

Yep that is his Jeff. :)
Good to see this combo is consistant!

Tony which block did you end up choosing? Is this the one your dad Steve was asking about which has SVO (Cleveland) mains? If so be careful, I've only been able to find companies such as Callies, Crower & Bryant out of the US who'll make a crank to suit, and they're nearly $4000!

I might have to get some money together if you are looking to sell off your existing engine. ;)

yaeh i dont know what they did but it revs to 6200, even know its not making power there. and yes i am gonna sell the whole combo or maybe as seperate parts all except the 90mm mass and the pod.
the world short blocks with the same block uses a eagle crank , im unsure if i can use the same, maybe have to order one direct from world.
can i use a standard clevo crank, 5.4 rods , chev type big bore pistons 1.063.
