Seems that's normal for a bf in good condition now I've researched. Will be good to give it a gutfull of 98 and a 400km trip up the coast next week.

well the xr went well on its maiden voyage to kempsey. 8.3l/100 which was pretty far from the previous 6.5 it got, but the 6.5/100 was at night with the air con off and no weight in the boot.
the car now runs so much better, the drive has given the motor a good clean out and now its got a heap of more punch and the really tall first gear isnt a problem when wanting to going in a hurry.
also the lsd has gotten a work out on my dads empty flat paddock. circle work every time i leave or enter the driveway

Not really bothering with any wheels now. Decided to buy some decent tyres on these rims and just save my cash hardcore. Have set a new goal in my life to achieve and it involves leaving the car alone.....for now lol

How much was the scanner and where did you get it from? Was thinking about getting one for my BA.

selling your rims isnt a good idea at all

what if you get sick of the 20's or if one of them develops a crack or buckle, you wont be able to revert back to the factory rims
