this is my drag car. i bought it off Mike Naylor (trublugt) to do burnouts in quiet streets.
i got mike to rip out the Clevo 383 and im putting in my spare Phoon motor

i can get 450rwkw before the Std bottom end fails. and the turbo is good for nearly that too (with modifications to actuator and gate). so sticking with stock motor and GT3540, but ill need oil pump gears because stock ones fail at under 350rwkw or so

i dont have the full mod list yet, getting that soon from Mike

1971 full chassis Capri

Chassis: by pro built engineering and Bryne Race cars.

Paint: 2 pac blueprint with phantom and pink graphics by Jim Negro.

body: 1 Piece fibreglass front clip, bumpers and bootlid, Lexan windows, rear wing (adjustable)

Suspension/Brakes: ladder bars, spax rears and strut front, discs all round, deist chute

Diff: 9inch nodular 35 spline full romac spool, 4.56 richmond gears, fresh. Moser 35 spline axles and final drive shaft.

Fuel System: front mount fuel cell,

Cooling system: alloy radiator

Wheels: cragar superlites 15x12 and 15x3.5, mickey thompson 31x13's, goodyear fronts

Electrical: autometer guages, dedenbear delaybox, odyssey battery

Interior: simpson camlock harness, hornet seat, left hand drive.

Parts i have:
Motec M800 ecu
BA F6 motor
Barra to Powerglide bellhousing
Nitto intake plenum (with billet fuel rail)
Siemens Deka II 60Lb injectors
6 Boost high mount manifold (ceramic coated)
GT3540 (ported actuator)

TO DO:

cooling system
→ Keep radiator
→ electric water pump? runs in line... not direct replacement

turbo stuff
→ oil/water lines → custom SPEEDFLOW lines required
→ intake plenum → Nitto → PURCHASED
→ intercooler & piping
→ GT3540
→ dump → purchase SMB or manufacture?
→ exhaust
→ BOV → SSQV ? (to piss off pingpingpingpings)
→ Pod filter mounted/bolted in scoop with intake directed to it

fuel system
→ injectors → Siemens Deka II 60Lb injectors (run out at 350rwkw) → PURCHASED
→ fuel pump → Aeromotive 'red' series 1100hp EFI

engine
→ motor should be fine to bolt up
→ serpentine belt path / length (just harmonic balancer and alternator)
→ bigger throttle body? 80mm? 3” = 76.2mm
→ get oil sensor off Bainy !!!
→ oil pump gears

electrical
→ engine looms into cabin
→ wire in Motec ecu
→ purchase Motec SDL (dash)
→ sensors!!!!!
→ utilise the fly by wire electronic throttle option?

driveline
→ buy powerglide
→ high stall
→ bellhousing to suit motor → Dellow Automotive → PURCHASED

car ran 8s with the Clevo pumping out 650hp, ill be looking at 500+ with the phoon motor setup.
once i get a handle on driving it, ill up the power/mods and the times should get better :)

oh and big thanks to gerrin for 'finding' this for me :) appreciate it :)

i got bored and put R34 GTR rims on it... well the front, cos the rear rims/tyres weigh as much as me... so just front were done
