im running the latest firefox, it does resize them but we dont all have unlimited downloads... it will load faster and make people happier and can actually see whats pictures instead of a bed of floor

The rail looks good polished up....

Well its been 2 months
The block and Pistons have finnally Arrived  Just removed the welsh plugs, getting it ready to paint Total cost = $690 heres some pics sorry about the size for people with sad internetz  New Rings  New Pistons They are 20thou oversize  THe New Bore      Crankshafts in shop getting polished STD size

Cool man. What color are you going to pain the block? I did my mighty boy's engine in the darker shade of ford engine blue, when i rebuilt it. Works well in a white engine bay, makes it stand out.

Its the ford blue,,
VHT High Temp Sp134 FORD LIGHT BLUE Look in page 3 there should be some pics of the alternater and gear with the paint Color sceme block,head,timingcover, alternater, starter,,,, Possible bottom half of intake == Ford Blue Rocker Cover , Polished Top peice Plenium chamber ???? Polished Proffesionally??? just some ideas i have, big reason i want majority of the engine painted is so i can see oil leaks soon and such and ,,, well ford blue just looks just dam good

Syncer, Dipstick hole and oil pressure hole was blocked, dont really have to block any others???

I didn't really take too much notice of any other holes or ports, I just assumed you didn't because you didn't with the welsh ones.
You're going to all this trouble and expense to do the 'perfect' rebuild and now you have rogue bits of painted internals  I dislike the thought of it. Although it should be able to withstand the temperatures, but it depends of it's ability to stay stuck to the surface. Anyways, when are you picking up the crank?

lol just because theres some paint in a water jacket and a tiney bit in a oil jacket wont f**k much up
it will still be a great rebuild crank might be 1-2 weeks depending on money flow

i still dont see the reason behind calling it a turbo EF rebuild when you removed the turbo setup.
i dont know why people want shiny welsh plugs, i just paint over mine. and i dont believe people when they say "so you can check on the plugs for damage/corrosion" but i have never seen anyone check them... i cant even see mine with the stock exhaust manifold on |
