Guys Its SLO247 here putting this up for my mate so he can learn how to use the forums. I'm happy there are a few Adelaide boys here.

He just got this NL a week or two ago, it replaced a very nice ED. Its clean as, has a six cylinder, an EL/AU Hybrid I think, 190K was stock.

I convinced him to get a set of Concordes and lower it.

So far it has my old EF Ghia springs in the back, that dropped it about 20mm. It will be dropped lower with lows in the front and superlows in the back.

Future plans I think include a system to pump some tunes, and a few little things like wiring the cornering lights as fogs.

In the pics the back left tyre is a 55 profile, that's why the funny wheel arch gap.

NF Looks better IMO. I think the EL Ghia ones are best. The Fairlane ones are just a big ugly lump of chrome. Very American, probably the point though.

Going to get rims for yours Josh? Its all go and no show haha.

Yeah I want to, but J3 chip, quick shifter for the T5, gear knob and boot are on the cards first. also need to relocate my gas system too. Rims are the last thing on my mind at the moment

Your mate has a lovely example of a classy NL Fairlane.
Equivalent model Statesman was not in the race I'm afraid.
