Could be the heater tap not closing and letting coolant through . Does cool air come out of your vents ? Or just warm?

It's definatly the heater core . Well how else does coolant get inside the car .
U said it smelt like dirty water . Old coolant would smell like that .

I reckon your heater Tap isn't closing properly letting coolant through the heater box, which is leaking onto your floor because your heater core has a hole in it.

First determine whether the Heater tap works .
Then you will have to rip out the dash and heater box and see where it's leaking

heay could be.well both warm and cold air can come out depending on where i turn the knob.but ive left it on the cold side for the past few days and it seems when i leave it without turning the fan on warmish air comes out.i dont know.i wouldnt have a clue ive never messed around with that before and ive never seen my dad do it so i wouldnt have a clue where to start

Well then if you have it on cold and the air is warm that would mean your heater tap isn't working .

The heater tap is under the BBM on one of the heater hoses which come out of the firewall.
Get someone to turn the knob ( car running ) and watch the actuator on the heater tap. If it moves it works . If there's no movement it could br seized or has no vacuum

What do you mean gas wires ? Lol
Are they electrical or gas tubes ??

You shouldn't have to cut anything .
I had to cut 1 wire for my sunroof . Then I re-joined it using terminals .
I'd rather solder as it won't come loose .

When u say gas lines u mean vacuum yea ?? Lol
Their different colours ?
U didnt have to cut any. They all join up together and u can pull them off . They plug in.
Post a pic up of ones u cut. I'll post a pic up of the plug I'm talking about .

Yeah I had to cut it but had a joiner from my old heater box.
That vacuum line runs outside of the car somewhere .

Ahhh I get ya lol
Same as me but I had to cut my sunroof wires.
Well that's good then sounds like you got it out right .

Yer just get a piece of tube and re-join the vacuum line .

Have u got a new heater core ??
Atleast you've found the problem . It's badly rusted too .
Is the rust stains coming off the plastic ??
