I was then looking into sway bars and came across some good articles one of them being this:
http://autospeed.com/cms/title_Franks-Suspension-Part-2/A_108570/article.html With some good information Frank also has 3 other parts to his suspension change over. I wasn't too sure if I should buy both the front and rear sway bars and after many people saying that there is more bang for buck just solely out of the front one I opted to go for the front for the time being. I went with the whiteline 30mm swaybar and boy it did wonders, it certainly holds the front end better and reduces the overall body roll.

Thats what i noticed when i fitted my front sway bar too! Eliminated so much of that annoying body roll

I now have his adjustable swaybars (Via dc_todd) and the rear upper control arms and watts linkage. I would recommend going for a rear bar as well as it will improve the overall feel of the car. Should try the adjustables

Should try the adjustables Oh that's a shame that it no longer exists, well at least you got some good parts All makes a difference huh  I'm glad someone has recommended a rear one, might give it a go in the near future, adjustable could be a goer as well. Just have to get a free weekend. |

I ran the car with a pcv filter on the front of the rocker cover for nearly a year with hit and miss results....
 The first issue was that the hose sometimes with be open and it would cause the car to run rough so I covered that up. The car sometimes seemed to struggle with this change so one day I put the pcv back on it and it was a lot better ! |

Awesome work with your EL so far mate, it's come a long way from what it once was
+1 for upgrading the rear swaybar to go along with the 30mm bar up front - I honestly felt more difference upgrading the rear than I did with the front. Makes the rear end feel much more balanced and you'll notice how much flatter it sits through bends

Ill get some time off later on and get one. |

So after the cam was installed about a month later we decided to put in a vernier cam gear. This would be used once I had it tuned.

The car was running pretty damn rich and wasn't sure if this was because of the cam or just a stuff Oxy Sensor.
So decided to replace the oxy sensor, it's nice and sooty but I'm sure this is how they all look.
