yeah that would be good!
Ive been reading troys build, its nice, but still not sure, as u know the au motor has that big plug at the back of the bbm, i was just going to take out all the wiring and put the ed wiring on, wasnt sure if i would be missing a few sensors tho, and to hook up the bbm i was going to copy troys and same with the vct with the rev switch, still to find out how to get rid of the speed control unit tho!

so what did you do with the engine wiring? did u pull all the au loom off the motor and put the E-series loom on?(oil sender, ac, injectors etc)?

also how did u make it fit? grind the sump or cut the frame?

i just installed the head on the ED XR6 bottom end for now but have a low k AU motor here im putting in with the serp setup to S/C it but using the EL loom and EL XR6 ecu (6TBB) police spec and BBM I used the ED oil sender and got a teflon braided oil line for the VCT PIPE but needs to be re-routed to make it look neater however the AU motor will be going in soon as i put a new gasket kit in it (while its out i may as well do it saves doing it later and i know its done and all good) the head on (been ported and only has 60 odd thousand k on it but using AU injectors etc VCT fuel reg (3.5bar)
