looking good, id be very careful with those blue streak stillettos in the rear.. they have 0 GRIP, they were fitted to my XR6 when i bought it, found myself doing a 180 in the rain and up the kerb almost taking out the guard rail on my way through.

Wow, over a month between posts. Well, after the last post in this thread, the day after Ash dropped off my new ashtray thingy, remember that really windy sunday? Anyway, I was driving back along the F3 to Sydney when going over the bridge at Gosford, a tree fell in front of my car and before I had time to react it scraped along the driver's side of my car from front to end. Left a dent in the front guard, pushed out the lower valance grille, pushed the valance out of place, tore off the mirror scalp (which had been painted only a week earlier. GRRRRR) and left some minor scratches along the doors. Needless to say I was p****d off and I lost all interest in caring about my car or doing it up for a few days... Didn't realise I'd gone this long between posts in this thread though....

Moving on...

I put the Momo steering wheel on today. :-D I'm quite happy with it, I must confess. Piccies:

Incidentally, I promised Ash I would give pics of how the ashtray looked in the car. Here's the best I could come up with:

Car looks good, Wouldnt you be able to get the damaged fixed through your insurance?

Yep. Don't even hear the coins clinking around in there when I'm driving around. :-D

Probably, but some upcoming mods (hopefully) will take care of the grille and valance. The scratches on the door are mostly cosmetic and a good polishing, which I'm too lazy to do, should take care of them.
