Just picked up my ef fairmont on the weekend :D

Picked her up of a member on forums, rlay1 cheers mate

The car already has the following mods:
Whiteline sway bars (front and rear)
Whiteline springs, Bilsten shocks in the rear
DBA slotted rotors all round
Herrod cam
Ticky gas system
Full genie exhaust system inc extractors
17 roh wheels
tinted windows
Sure there are a few other things but thats all I can think of atm.

NOT running atm, seized motor. Dont really bother me atm as I am going to wack a new bottom end in it and a reco ticky head with a new 977b cam, vernier gear :D

Taillights are ones from my red one, wanted to see how they look :P

Here are some pics of her (VERY DIRTY, not got around to giving a clean yet haha)

List of what is to be done:

My spooled 3:45 lsd will be going into it
Full xr6 manual conversion with computer that I have around the side of house will be going in
Leather and woodgrain, carpet kick pannels, furry sunvisors, XR6 steering wheel out of my red one
Most likely EL XR6 front end conversion of red one
Ultra low springs maybe shortened shocks from red one
Motor replaced, will put my reco tick head
977b cam that will be ordered very soon with vernier gear
Sounds system, well whats left of it after the fireies wet most of it :P out of red one
And just most things from the red one, little knick nacks I cant think of atm :P

I started on the door trims today, decided to do a miss match of the furry fairmont ones and my ghia woodgrain leather ones.

Even though the fairmont ones have glue and crap on them they were not ghia ones, they had after market carbon fibre stripes there (may have seen them on for sale thread).

Took the leather and woodgrain off my ghia door trims and put it on the fairmont ones, took the whole top pannel off, not just take the woodgrain strips and glue them on the fairmont trims. I did this so I had the furry material on the door cards under the leather insert between the leather and the door pocket, also for the furry material inside the door pockets. Alot more stuffing around than you might think, alot of screws, clips, drilling and general stuffing around for something most people wont notice haha.

Used the fairmont trims as the base. Noticed rear fairmont ones did not have the door pocket, so after some careful drilling and re screwing I added the door pocket to the rear cards. Sounds really simple but once again a fair bit of stuffing around, took me a good to hours, maybe more two do it all haha :(

Here are some before after pics:
