G'day guys.
Those of you that know my old girl, will know that is smells worse than the taxi rank at central station on a cold winter morning.
After working out that is only returning 3.1km per litre of LPG its time to rip it out.
Sure I could spend more cash on setting up my mixer, but with the exise tax due in next year, it all seems a bit pointless.
So here the fun begins. A quick drive to Rutherford sourced a replacment fuel tank, sender, lines, shields & brackets. A friendly donation from dads mate off a 600 Holley & a new fuel pump from work has nearly got me set. Now the tricky part. My XD sedan has a full twin exhaust system.
Managed to scrounge a 2.5" stainless system from a commodore that will be extensivly modified to do the job. I think with the Holley setup, cam I am running & GT40 heads, I will get better ecomomy & much increased performance. I will keep you posted & get some pics up when I can.
Any input & ideas ar welcome. Yes i know it may seem primative, but I do build this thing on what I can scrounge up from other peoples junk. :)

Get a drop tank, keep the exhaust. Or try an earlier tank from XA/B/C etc- some boot mods required of course.

+1 on a drop tank

They are horny!

Big square a**, FAT a** tyres, drop tank and twin
pipes is another definition of sex.

That's neat there man! Electric windows too. Nice.

I'm wishing I kept mine, it had the shaker kit too, I reckon it looks alright on them.
