Saw you driving from the waterfront towards Norlane this arv, sounds awesome at idle, heard you give a bit pulling onto the highway... would have had me guessing if i didn't already know what was under the bonnet lol.

Why the decision to go Raptor over Turbo now?

Its totally drivable been out and about most of the day in it super strong top end.

EFFALCON - Reason i changed my mind was mainly due to a mate moving back to tassie that was goin to make the manifolds dump pipe cooler piping etc, would have cost me a packet to get it done somewere. Secondly bought a set of 4-1 di filippo a while back figure waste to get rid of them. So all thats left now its a blower and its a simple modification to what i allready have now.

Had some more piping re done today from tb to maf seems to be a little better up high in the rev range, will do another power run tommrow morning see if there is a difference on paper.

Things are slowly moving again on the el as the wagon took center stage till i got her looking modded.

So Auto goes in next week to but new heavy duty turbo bands in there and shift kit. So in the mean time the inside is getting a transformation. Black leather seats black , dash and door trims and black carpet. It will be tastefully done started today with all the plastic being done as well as center console. Tommorow the door trims followed by the dash. As the dash is half out ill have a crack at that also.

Was considering using the ltd seats and re covering them but im unsure if the cushioning underneath is the same as nl fairlane as thats the style of seat i like, if there the same ill use them as its got the electric front seats.

Im leaving from windows up grey as i may get carried away otherwise and re do roof lining which is in good nick so id rather not touch.

On the engine front just waiting on bigger maf and tb from the states and them in november when my sis goes overseas again will be gettign some afr heads, the blower will be something i will be looking at early next year.

And at some stage in between all this still have to get my 3.9's in that are collecting dust.
