I'm going to be putting my EL Fairmont Ghia door trims on soon... much nicer than the velour IMO. Just wondering, do non-door-courtesy-light ef fairmonts have looms to add in courtesy lights in the doors? Or will i have to change door looms?

They dont have them. You can add them or change the looms. Its 2 wires per door, and run them off any of the interior lights so they work when the door is opened.

the rear doors should have the connector under the socket for the power window switch that has two black wires coming out of it. front's should be around the same spot except on the front

I have door looms to suit those trims. would that be all i need? Im assuming the interior loom would be able to cater for it? seeing as i have footwell and rear console lights???

i would suggest at least pulling the black thingo out that goes from the door to the body and looking for two wires, one black with a blue stripe and green with a gold stripe. if they are there, yes you have it, if not, you have to add it in. green with gold is constant power. black with blue is neg
