Update time!

After a week of not having the car I finally got it back with the powder coated rims. I love it, Chris at Craved Coatings did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with them! I also got my mate who is a car detailer from Driven Colour to visit the shop and coat them in Ceramic Pro to make it easy to keep them clean while they were off the car. As always lots of pics to keep it interesting :-)

So update time, during the week I dropped the car off to get the calipers painted red

to match in with the black wheels. Really sets it off well.

Image

Then yesterday, finally dropped the car off at my panel beater to get the front

splitter fitted. I dropped it off a few weeks ago so he could paint it gloss black. I

know a lot of people leave them in the black matte gel coat it comes in but didn't want

it to fade from the sun, plus looks much better this way I thought.

I got it from Triple R Composites in the UK, cost about $250 to get delivered and

another $250 for paint and fitting.

Really happy with how it turned out. Just completes the front end and makes it a bit

more aggressive, as always - lots of pics. Also I'll be at the All Ford Day next Sunday so come and say hi and see it in the flesh, i'll be with the PBF guys

Wow what you've done to it looks sick!

I went for a ride in one of these last week when I was down in Melbourne, for a small car and the price they're hard to beat if you're after a pocket rocket!

It pulled me back in the seat so it impressed me lol

Little Update

Got a dent removed from the rear passenger roof rail. It came from Ford like that and only noticed it a couple of weeks after I picked up the car. Highly recommend What Dent if you are in the hills area, Matt glue pulled and hammer moulded it out.

Then dropped the car off to Castle Hill Exhaust for them to remove the rear resonator (not muffler plus the thing is huge!). Cost $80 and it sounds so much better, not too loud and no droning and pops and gurgles quite nicely so well worth a simple exhaust mod.

As always - pics!

Exhaust video up, it's set to public so you should be able to watch it, make sure you select HD quality. Sounds much throatier in person. Really happy for just removing the rear resonator, still stock muffler etc

Sounds good and looks EVEN better Phil. I didn't get to see the car properly on Sunday but it looked nice when you came in.
It was a pleasure meeting your Sarah too, a nice girl, surprised she picked you? Poor bugger. :D

So I had a photshoot the other week with Edziephoto and shots turned out amazing! Here are a few of my favourites. Search for him on Facebook and his prices are very reasonable.

Also stopped off on Saturday to get the oil changed over. Just hit 8000k so thought it was time to swap it. I got the API Licensed Royal Purple stuff through Bursons and genuine filter from my mate at Ford. Was pretty simple and I can't say I've noticed any changes but gives me peace of mind. As always took a few happy snaps along the way
