Nice thread mate, and a real nice list of neat mods to ya EL. This has inspired me to get my EL painted black, since yours seems to look pretty nice in a dark colour! :D

Car looks awesome mate. Do those extractors make a difference compared to the usual looking extractors?? eg; hi-tech, wild cats, pacey 4499 ??

That's awesome mate. Was thinking of getting a set for myself but would go to waste when I decide to boost it.

photoshoot of my car done by my mate at Redline Photography:

And also thanks to damo (Xr_lightning) for the help, we put in a new port and polished head, 1521a cam, j3 pre programmed chip courtesy of T.I Performance, 10mm top gun leads, chrome rocker cover and chrome tickford caps :D
Image
all it needs now is just a proper tune, and in the next few weeks i'll be putting power windows in all round :P

had the last few weeks off work and aswell as replacing the head + cam etc, i've just finished converting the car to full power windows. pretty much stripped the whole interior out and replaced the original body wiring loom with the wiring loom out of an el ghia aswell as new ghia door looms, was very lucky to get the complete package so cheap which included switches, door trims, centre console, regulators and all wiring for $250 off ebay a few months ago:

everything all put back together with new black carpet too
very happy with how it all turned out :D
