okay i got 2 235/45R17 and 2 245/45R17 second handers for the GT wheels. i'll see how they look and if they are alright i'll steal the 235's and 245's off the AU wheels (they're nearly new)

but this is how i'm transporting the wheels and tyres to work

The EB blew a head gasket a few weeks back. But it was only leaking a bit of coolant into no1 cylinder. But the day i drove to AFD on the way home it started leaking oil, but i didn't realise til i got home and a oil pool formed. I straight away assumed it was the head gasket so i ripped the intake off and found the 3 month old oil pressure sender had failed. So parts warranty :D

But anyway the head had to be done. So while it was of i decided to do chains and guides and do a serpentine belt conversion. I've had nothing but issues with it really. A/C hoses are different where they bolt onto the A/C compressor. the plug behind the chain tensioner is different on a EL timing cover. Gas converter was leaking also. Tried to pull it to bits. Snapped the bolts. So i just bought a new one.

you will also find the tx valve will need to be changed to eb2 and worse yet, the evaporator core will also need to be changed due to the difference in the small ac pipe diameter and the way the o rings seat...

i had the same learning curve when i did the conversion on my ea...

were they a decent brand? im guessing that you only use good branded stuff. my dad went through 3 brand new genuine oil pressure switches before he went to a cheaper one on his rodeo, was a joke with how quick they started leaking, hasent had a problem with the cheaper one since, altho usually its the other way around with the cheaper ones lol
