well i sold the TX5 got sick of FWD and wanted a falcon :P so i bought this a 1994 XG ute.

its pretty much stock at the moment apart from mags, tacho in console (previous owner) and a cd player, they also cut the exhaust at the diff.

plans, fit my sports steering wheel thats been sitting in my room for a few years, extractors high flow cat and a sports exhaust, intake, lower it and if found at the right price bigger wheels.

much later, rebuild motor with head work and big cam and manual conversion wich i have nearly everything for just need ECU and gearboot, possibly pedal box.

pics....are taken in my small driveway best i can do at the moment i will get some better ones tho.

nice one mate. looks like a good clean base to work with. 2nd mod grab yourself an intake snorkel off an XH, i found the stock one on the XG to be fairly restrictive.you should be able to pick one up for under 30 bucks

I second that this is one tidy ute!

BTW, I've got an EF/EL shifter if you wanted to put one it (I'm not sure if there was one in that pile of bits you gave me, but I've also got one that's still on a box). But personally I would leave the one that you've already got on there, much better feel that the EF style knob IMO.

its the way of life, theres actually something weird in my driveway at first i thought a dog had dropped a s**t in the driveway but it appears to look like well im not to sure, sorta looks like guts i guess maybe some left overs that fell out of the ute :P

anyway this is a car forum not what was found in my driveway :P today i was going to clean up the rims and do some bits under the bonnet but i have to go to kingston shortly so ill leave it for tomorrow when ill be home all day. good thing is i get to drive mums corolla as i dunno how the poor old ute will go up the outlet.
