Anybody know where you can get these? seller who has EF/EL set on ebay says that they don't make them but I am sure you can get them.

Does anybody know if these will fit the NC. They look very similar in shape/size.

they are only that much new from ford. why not go to your local dealer and ask them to see if you can line them up.

i think you will find that they wont fit properly though and you will be better off with the AUIII ones

Cheers Leroy! Worth a try. I have a ford dealer about 5 minutes away but in my experience everything genuine ford is double what you would expect to pay so these days the Ford dealer is the last resort. Won't hurt to drop in next time I am passing to check Eh! I take it the AUIII are a straight fit or do you still need to mod the guard/trim?

Thanks Mate. I will duck into the local robbers at Ford and see what the damage is for a set.

That tech doco covers the fitting of the AU ones, get the AUIII ones from a dealer, I paid $35 from memory and it included globes.

One more mod ticked off. Called into Ford on Monday but they had to order them in. Cost about $45 with globes to suit. Took bugger all time to install thanx to the tech doco. Thanx also to Steady ED and Leroy for the info. Here's a couple of pic's.

Thanx Leroy, amazing how such a cheap mod can make such a big difference.
And yeah BuNtEr, I followed the tech doco except I made a slight adjustment to where I cut the clip after looking at it. I only cut about half of the spring edge instead of cutting it at the top on the bend as in the picture and it now clips in over the metal guard lip to lock in nicely. Does look a s**t load better though.
Next Mod on the drawing board is the exhaust and then I might look at doing something with that f**k noisy clutch fan. I will be calling on you for a few parts I think BuNtEr when I get to the fan and radiator replacement.
