It's a series 2 colour.

Thanks

Oxford Green is the colour you're after - it's a High series colour in the Series II models, so only on EL Fairmont, EL Fairmont Ghias and NL Fairlanes (Concordes also). Haven't seen a DL LTD in Oxford yet though.

If it didnt crack the paint, a paintless dent removal service could get it out... Prob cost $200, but be like new and only for a few $$$ more than a second hand guard.

I hope for your sake that includes a respray of the bonnet and front door and possibly the bumper.

If it hasnt damaged the paint then it can be buffed out using the right tools and solvents. If its scratched the paint, then obviously only a respray will do.

the guard panels are same as ordinary el's, if you lived up here i could get you a gaurd paint it up for you for around 250-300 bucks. also it would be better to get a new panel as it would have no bog( body filler) in it plus it would cost less for the repairer if the damage on your gaurd is to much.

Here's a pic of what has been done. It's really quite hard to tell there's much damage at all... If that makes sense!

A good dent removal guy will get that out without a problem.

When my car was hit a year ago, it was 4x that big. Basically the rear quarter from the wheel arch to the light was bent inwards... $250 later, no one could ever tell it was there.

All with the benefit of the paint still matching the rest of the car.
