something along those lines.

so yeah, hope that is a bit more helpful

well, went to jaycar today and had a talk 2 the guys down there.

what they are gonna do for $1000:
-6.5inch splits for front
-6.5inch splits for rear
-10inch carbon fiber sub
-sub box
-2x80 amp to run front splits
-4x100 amp to run rear splits and sub. gonna run the sub off channels 3 and 4.

this consists of all Response equiptment.
i have heard from alot of guys that jaycar stuff is really good and out rates alot of other big name brands in shoot-outs.

had a listen to an employees car with all response gear and sounded fukn awesome!!!

i think im gonna go for this. but if anyone has any response gear they wanna get rid of just let me know.

cheers

Yeah, 10's generally have a quicker response than 12's.

Dance and Rock = 10's
Hip Hop / R&B / Rap = 12's definitely for that 'boom'!

im running 2x 12" JBL subbies and can definately notice the boom coming too late in techno/trance etc. Goes hard for rock though :P

if i listened to hiphop id def go 2x12's but with teckas you definately gotta go 10's
they are alot more punchier.

Yeah, I meant 10's for most rock.

I mean, you wouldn't want to play 'The Foo-Fighters' thru' 12's, that kick-drum would NEVER catch up!

Trust me, I'm a drummer.
