Hey All....
Had my ef fairmont in getting my rear power windows fixed not long ago and the place managed to ''misplace'' the surroundin for my power window switch on the rear left so was just wonderin if anyone has a spare one layin round or knows of anywhere i could grab one from.. heard they were pretty hard to detatch without breakin otherwise would prolly try the wreckers. cheers

If you do happen to find a switch at the wreckers, use a small pair of side cutters to nip off the lock washer that holds the switch surround to the door trim, this will ensure you don't break the mounting pins.

cheers for the advice mate.. will be the last result if i can find one elsewhere.. hard to find fairmont trims in wreckers anyway.. normally dont last too long

There has to be someone here who has one floating around. But if you don't have any luck and if you're keen i have a Cappa coloured one you could spray.

Go down to U pull it at lonsdale TOMORROW. They have a few EF Fairmonts/fairlanes in there, should be able to find one. Look through all the cars in the front section.

If I lived closer I'd go for you, but I live in Gawler.
Try Ford, if they still have it available it should be a cheap part. Otherwise try FTG Wreckers. |

have spoken to ford apparently they dont make em anymore :S so guess itll have to be a wreckers... wheres FTG located?
