Hey everyone, as the title states. I would like to borrow a Trailer from anyone that has one, so I can tow my EA from my Driveway to Sims Metal. If noone has one, looks like I won't be getting anything more out of the EA.

So if anyone in my area, THOMASTOWN MELBOURNE, has a trailer I can borrow for a day could you please tell me...

btw how much does it usually cost to hire out a trailer big enough for a half stripped EA?

phong =P~

theres only about 400 car/metal recyclers out there that'll remove incomplete and complete cars for nothing.

just look in the local rag.

If your taking the car to the scrap metal place make sure you load the car up with as much old and broken junk possible mate, more weight more dollars, i'd even go as far as filling fuel tank with water lol, thats what my wog mate who does scrap metal up my way does when he takes a car down lol.

Sims won't give you anything Phong, they only used to pay the guys taking them in because they had to take in so many per month.

Call someone and get it taken away, that's what i've always done, the local papers are full of them now.

Toyrolla in Wedge Street epping will give you minimum $200 for a whole car if you take it there. Ive done it with a couple cars and was just speaking to them today about it. Simsmetal dont take single cars.

Phong, Just get it towed by someone. If they offer you a few $$$, then take it, otherwise dont worry.

Last time I bothered to tow a 3/4 stripped car to a scrap metal yard, I didn't get enough back to cover the trailer hire. Let alone the time I wasted getting it there. And that was at the special higher than general public scrap prices I get compared to the average punter.
