hey all. im looking into doing a lil on the side jobs of painting rockercovers for people and myself. as is always the way i need a few spare covers to start off. so im after 3.9's and 4.0's from eb ed el/f and au. im mainly after free ones from broken motor but am willing to pay a lil bit for them depending on condition. they will be stripped back and painted so old cracked paint and stains are fine. im in qld and would prefere them from qld but can make arrangements to transport them up here if in another state

pm me with type of cover and a few pics and location

cheers
huggiebear

im using the heatproof engine enamel in a pressure pack. if people buy them and donot like the quality i will be willing to refund the money. feel free to come over and view the quality yourself. i dont expect everyone to jump in and buy them but there may be a few people out there who dont have the time or patience or even know how to do these. im currently not working so i have heaps of free time up my sleeves. im also looking into painting other engine parts.

and what would the "propper" way be?

if i was to use a air compressor and use car paint everyone would be paying 150 for them as a 4L container cost 100 bucks and everyone wont want the same colour.

therefore pressure pack is the way to go. dont foprget i do 8 coats or more (complete can) so it isnt a thin coat thats on them. thats why it took me 2 hours to send the tops of the fins off
