Is there any difference between the Au and the E series bellhousings I have an E-series sitting in the shed.

Theres a few differences, Most people say 'only the bottom two holes don't line up.
Most people dont bother with any 'smaller' bolts. You can drill and tap 2 holes in the E-series Bell housing, but its better to weld then drill etc. Here's some photos of both types.
