hey all, just redoing my diff, got my 3.23 gears from my doner diff ready to drop into the LSD. (only a 2.77) but i was hoping for a higher ratio a***, something over 3.5:1 i have been told pintara's use 3.89:1 gears and 3.9*:1 gears but i cant find them and dont want to pay in excess of 300 for a full diff from the wreckers. so if anyone has some 25/28 spline digg gears they would like to see, please pm me.

hey iv got a 3.9:1 lsd done 10000kms to suit an EA with 25 spline axles for 400 but youd have to pay and organise the freight

ill keep looking at the moment as i mentioned i can get a 3.9:1 pintara diff for 300, and i already have the LSD center, just after higher gear ratio

I think I have 3.7 3.9 and 4.11
havent decided wether to go 3.7 or 3.9 myself or if i can be bothered at all.. can have the 3.7 $200 3.9 $150 4.11 $100 im in vic, I imagine postage around $20

the pintara gears your refering to are more than likely rooted...has anyone ever been in an old skyline or pintara where the diff isnt louder than the stereo?
but they are cheaper,good luck with it. the skyline gears are 3.7

but they are cheaper,good luck with it. the skyline gears are 3.7 yeah thanks for your expert opinion and attempt to ruin my sale.......has anyone ever been in a VL where the diff isnt louder than the stereo.....gee thats funny because theyre all BW 78 series..... and if they are f**k i wont sell them....

didnt mean to ruin your sale,i was assumiong your gears were reco or not very old reco's not 2nd hand jobs from old cars.
