Hi guys. I need a walnut woodgrain dash spear. I missed out on one on ebay a couple of months ago. Damned annoyed about that. I believe the spear was on the DF not DL, as DL had double airbags (?) NOTE: this is not the regular woodgrain type seen on Fairmonts and Fairlanes, this was the woodgrain that came out only on the LTD (and EL GT)

No. I never saved the pic from the ebay listing. It is the same woodgrain as the maple birdseye pattern on all the LTDs like on the radio/ashtray surround, door spears, T-bar plate, and rear centre console. It was only the on early DF's before they came out with double air bags. Do you know where I could get one?

KWIKXR has one on his fairmont in his build thread.

They are BLOODY rare mate. I haven't seen one come up on ebay for almost a year.
