watch out for this guy on evilbay!
http://cgi.ebay.com.au:80/ws/eBayISAPI. ... 0400598985
I was bidding on this Fairmont and the seller was answering all my questions.....that was until I asked to inspect the car. Low and behold, the f**k cancelled all bids and withdrew the Wagon from sale.
Now this may be legit and he had sold the car elsewhere, but at least have the decency to send an email to inform me. All I got was an email from ebay saying that my bid had been cancelled. Seems a bit suss to me

Thanks Ash,
the EF seems ok for the asking price, but the K's and "undisclossed" issues for rego are a bit of a turnoff.....but hey, for $600, can't be too choosey eh!
And the 5.0L monty....now were talkin! Will keep a close eye on that one, I also found a 5.0L ED wagon for $2200 with 10 months rego......have to keep reminding myself that I have "other" commitments now too, so I need to be careful not to buy a money pit!, if ya know what I mean.

It was nuts!! Every time a huge one hit, we thought the kids were going to wake up. They didn't though. Make a dish clink in the sink and they do but crazy lightning and thunder like that didn't bother them. Wished it had lasted longer, that was awesome!!

haha! All 3 of mine woke up and my son's room is in what we call "the dungeon", the basement which has double brick walls and concrete floor and roof :o , but I did have the windows and doors open......didn't want to miss anything :D
My kids use to be like yours though, my eldest even slept through top fuel dragsters when she was 12 months old up at willowbank raceway....we couldn't believe it.
It did go through way too quickly though.....come back :(

That and it's nice and cool down there on the hot days.
The family had no choice but to share my passion for thunder storms, they now love the natural light show as much as I do. My youngest is fearless and is often standing next to me outside when the bid storms hit, but she has a bug atm, so was happy to just watch from her bedroom. The bloody new neighbours will think I'm a nut case :P

Damn that is a nice wagon.

Not many Fairmonts in Red either. Looks to be in good condition too Mick.

Shame it is a V8 though HEHE. If it was a six it would be Perfect.

Cheers
BenJ

Thanks Brett,
If you happen to be going by, that would be good. You might save me a trip down for nothing.
