I know of an EF Futura with an unmolestered dash (I pray it is still all there!).

Will try to get there today, or even tomorrow after work.

Ghia door lamps - HA! Good luck, as these get pinched once the cars come in (5 finger discount).

you can't get an EL loom by any chance could you?

What is the difference anyway? I managed to get an EF series 2 Futura dash loom compete, with all the fuses and the original radio plugs as well.

PM and picture sent.

I can get the BEM in blue if you like - was on the same car - will let you know about the prices. Does it matter its EF and not EL?

at the end of the day EF or EL dosen't matter. As long as the loom and BEM are from the same model its ok. (I believe the plugs on EF and EL are different)

Is the BEM located benind the dashboard underneath the climate controls?

I see a blue box with one big plug in the top of it.

Yea thats the one...It should have 3 seperate plugs on the end, with 1 screw holding it in underneath the dash in the footwell.

Try ebay #4603880511 for your bonnet emblem - two for sale, by the same person - brand new and 5 days apart. I paid that price for a second hand one from the wreckers.

Cheers Scotsman, now I know what the BEM (or BCM in books) is.

I've done convo, EF/EL have different wiring to the BEM, and to the body (although I went from EL futura dash loom/BEM to EF ghia dash loom/BEM) But they're defintly different, I had to cut off a large plug and solder them together to get the EF loom to plug into the EL body socket. Otherwise it was pain free.
