calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'

turns out powersteering pump is OK

now i need a new alternator and a harmonic balancer,

do you think its worth buying new ones or going to a wrecking yard, or does anyone have a spare they could offload cheaply?

For the Harmonic Balancer, I would suggest new if you plan on keeping the car for a while.

For the alternator, they come up on Ebay on a regular basis for under $50, located in Sydney.
