Dude,
Get your stock one machined/bored. I take it you are doint this as a result of a 65mm TB upgrade. Got mine done in Sydney ant it was like $50. Look in the yellow pages for engine reconditioners that do boring/honing, shouldn't be to hard to find. Brett PS did you get it tuned yet, or is that the real reason for the EGR, your old one s**t itself and was causing the rich mixtures

why don't you get an after market one, something like a edelbrock or something a 70mm cost's about $144

Pete - too expensive, no cash left!!! Brett - was just hoping to slap one in for the sake of $30 odd bucks so I didn't have to have the car apart, plus once I pull the car apart I can't drive anywhere (eg. to the machining joint). Then while it runs on the spacer, i can have the EGR milled out. I found a place down here that will do it, haven't priced it up yet though. Haven't got it tuned yet, I am hoping for next week but the way things are going it'll be a couple of weeks.

Dave, i could sell you an eseries EGR. you would need to get it machined, but it might just be the thing you are looking for. Could would mean your car wouldnt have to be off the road for so long.
