I got an EF lid with the funnel tube if you have trouble finding a lidl.

Bear in mind that although the EF/EL lids are the same, the 4 bolt adaptor that is fitted to the lid and the induction piping fits into is different.
Can't comment on the AU's

hi.. i've got a complete EL airbox (top + bottom) and i've also got the EL intake pipe (airbox to throttle body)..
