Hey all, i'm on the lookout for an NF/DF/NL/DL Fairlane/LTD instrument cluster. I also need the plugs to go with it and as much of the wiring loom as possible. I don't care how many kilometres are on the odometer, just as long as it all works and the lense is not scratched.

Any offers will be appreciated!

Hmm okay, i wasn't aware there was a mid and high class of LWB instrument clusters. Im after the one that has all the features as you described, the door ajar, bulb out warning etc...

I'm assuming you have one with a broken lense?

I'm willing to pay as much as i have to, but nothing rediculous. What's your offer?

Yeppo, thats right. I thought Krytox was implying that there was a 'basic' version of the high series instrument cluster available for the Fairlane. Eg not inclusive of the door ajar feature etc...

My car already has the 'mid' series cluster, the grey dails, orange needles, oil and volts gauge.

Other than circuit board revisions, I can't really think what difference there'd be between a Fairlane and LTD cluster.

On a positive note, at least you can use door ajar switches and fuel flap sensors from any of the E series equivalent Fairlanes and LTD's.

hrmm I have 2 clusters at the folks house, both under 150,000
I have also made a plug in loom for the lazy buggers so it plugs straight in minus the door/lamp out circuit.

No, none have damaged perspex.

I'll search when i get back from interstate.

Awesome stuff, if you could let me know that would be super! When will you be back home? How much would you be looking to catch for one of these clusters?
