Haha, well.. it's not just a favour for Pete. We appreciate feedback from everyone to help make this site better.

People often post their ideas deep down in the forums and they get lost. There are sometimes over 1000 new posts in a day, it's very hard to keep up with everything :)

Well Ok but you'd think if you started a new forum and put a welcome to thread to that forum that you wouldn't ignore all the posts in it?

We have almost 50 forums, so I rarely have time to keep up to date with what's happening in them all. The idea of the opening post in this forum was to introduce it to our members and explain its purpose. In hindsight this thread should've been locked from day 1 to stop off-topic posts from being hidden away in here. Sorry for the confusion.

Yeah that'd be a great idea.

A EA-EB-ED etc with a v8 and i6 subforum would be ideal. Its just a shame to sometimes see the more interesting builds get bumped back over someone who posts saying they saw their car 2 weeks ago, or they painted a plastic strip..

Gidday.

Create yourself a free account on one of the free internet image hosting services. I use Photobucket.

Then following that sites guidelines, upload your pictures to that site.

After they are uploaded there should be a facility for you to copy the URL of that photo which you can paste into your post.

Cheers
BenJ

On the off chance that someone looks in here, how's that V8 Garage coming along? I noticed Pete gave up waiting for it! Haha

Not much hope of that Chad, btw am I allowed to do a thread about my 351/4R70w conversion into a '93 Rangerover? I could say I've modified a 351/4R70 by fitting a Range Rover to it? I think I'll get more interested people here than the landrover forum and of course Ford did own Landrover once.

What the........

It is no different to fitting a 5.0L W to a Patrol, rebadge the Rag Rooter with the Ford oval if they complain (read photoshop).
