hi i brought a au ford falcon ute that only came with two keys no remote. every time i try start it the smartlock comes on with a (!) ive disconnected battery for hour to try reset but no luck any thought pls

remotes are only for unlocking doors
have you tried both keys
smartlock module above steering column play up often esspecially on start circuit - bridge starter if runs check smartlock circuits-is smartlock warning flashing a code?
disconnecting battery won't clear anything
try leaving key switched on to reds for a good hour or so then retry
if no luck then scan for codes may have other fault engine computer etc
