Does anyone have an idea on what I need to check my fuel pressure regulator?

The first easiest check is to pull off the vacuum hose to see if it has fuel in it. if it has, its R.S.
The next involves using pressure & flow guages, so go to a mechanic that has this equipment for the diagnosis.
