gday all i just did a diagnostic scan of my 94 ef fairmont ghia and it came back with the following codes

211 - the rate of change of the PIP signal is out of range
214 - cam position sensor (cmp) sensor siginal is out of normal range
838 - the evaporator temperature sensor voltage is to high

can some one shed some light on how to correct these
