Which one should i go for?

Iam about to put a SNORT performance turbo setup in my EL and i was wondering what experiences people have had with these EMS systems?

I have been quoted $1500 for the wolf EMS 3d Version 4 and about $2250 for a Haltec E11v2.

should i get the wolf or save up and get the Haltec?

I will be using the wolf 3D V4 for my EF turbo
d eninge in my XF ute. My main reasoning for this is value for money, ablility to be use in other vehicles via the node option, and the password security setup inbuilt into it. It packs almost all the options that some of the more expensive options and all the installs I seen have never had a problem!

I say go the Wolf!

I've had a Wolf 3d V4 on my EF with a snort kit on it for about a year. I've had a few issues with setting up the 36-1 trigger, but Wolf have been incredibly helpful. One of the guys there has spent hours on the phone to me, giving advice and help. I dropped my car off the Rank Rotary in Melbourne and they are tuning it for me now. Wolf has even driven down to Rank to work through a few issues that I had.
I don’t know about the other brands, but the after sales support from Wolf has been mind blowing. For a product that I paid $1000 for, a year ago, they are more than happy to spend hours and hours at no cost helping me. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wolf AEM to anyone.

Anyway, if you guys do end up running with the wolf, feel free to email me if you run into any problems, chances are I’ve been through them already, and will be able to help..

Cheers
Tim
