Hey peoples

So I have an Ed xr6 wagon which won’t start and hasn’t started for a few months
It fires up briefly with ‘start ya bastard’ but that’s it.
The smart lock acts normal from what I remember? Blinks every few seconds until the key goes in and stays off what’s some tips to look at if you please?

do you hear the fuel pump prime when you 1st try starting?.

Yeah sorry should have mentioned fuel squirts out of the line when you crank it
