My sisters car has problems with fuel leaking from the fuel tank when it gets hot, the car is a 1990 Nissan Pulsar. There is alot of pressure in when u open the fuel cap? The fuel tank is a metal one. Should there be some kind of pressure release on the tank somewhere?

ther should be a vent line somewere to vent the pressure usally to the carbon cannister this line is probably blocked
