Hi hope somebody can offer me some advise i just purchased my first car being a 1999 Ford Festiva Trios 3 door auto Hatch WF model,not knowing anything about cars i have a question when traveling at a speed of 80km and 100km and you hold at a steady speed the vehicle seems to surge i was wondering if anybody knows what the problem could be.

Does it surge within a rpm range? Also when did it have its last service? It could be plugs maybe.
