hey, what would be the best exhaust system to put in my ute so that its not to load but sounds nice on the road, rather than quite.

Depends on how much money you want to throw at it? Do you want to add extractors to it too? A good set of extractors will help get the gases away better and a nice bore cat back system will go a long way to sounding "nice" and help with fuel consumption. {DESCRIPTION} {DESCRIPTION} {DESCRIPTION} Worth a look and might pay you to talk to these blokes to get a good idea. The note may sound nice to the ear but, performance and fuel savings are MUCH more important. | |||

I'm currently doing the exhaust on my ute. I've gone with Pacemaker 4490's (wreckers ~$250), a Venom high flow cat ($320 delivered ebay) and a Redback 2.5" cat back (also ebay, also ~$320 delivered). Will all bolt in nicely. Make sure you get the appropriate cat back if you have a tub or tray - they are different. Yet to start it (gearbox conversion needs finishing) but plenty of examples on youtube.
