yeh extractors will be fine, will just sit there.

and the bolt through the front of the head, remember that one ;)

thats about it.

unbolt the fuel rail and swing it away when your taking the intake off. and remember all the bastard wires and hoses :P

the piks on page 1 is that a comon spot for them to leak mine is doin same wasent shaw if it was that dam pipe near the water pump

Having realllll trouble getting the plenium chamber off. What do I use on the bolts that hold it onto the head?

if you have a ratchet 10mm spanner that helps heaps. i had my plenum off in less than 10min.
if not a 1/4 drive ratchet with 10mm socket will be your next best thing, otherwise you'll be there for a while undoing it all.
ps - take the bottom bolts out first, it makes it so much quicker.

as they said, 10mm spanner, if you can get the front pretty high, go from under neither and get the bottom ones first.

Yea...if you have a leak there, chances are its the head gasket...happened to mine last christmas....that was my first head gasket change...was piss easy...just followed the gregories manual...you cant go wrong....

Isn't it up the back near the firewall, coming from the fuel pressure regulator?

Im quite certain its in the Gregories...just follow the pipe back from the fuel rail.

correct - 2 lines, one for regulator, one to fuel rail. can be bastard fittings to undo!

its at the back of the fuel rail on the firewall, you dont need to take it off to do a head gasket though.
