Just wondering if the Alternator is big enough or is just failing, With out any load is oushes out 13.8 -14volts, but when I turn on the High Beam, A/C with thermos running flat out and spot lights the voltage will drop to 12.3, which I think is too low, Does this mean my alternator is just about stuffed? Or do I need to find a bigger amp one.

Sounds fine, I wouldnt worry about it, particularlly if the battery's not going flat.

sounds about right because at that voltage it is even still charging the battery,
