OK so im finding it real hard to find an AU XR6 HP motor for my ED so for now im probably going to just get a standard AU motor for the time, but I was wondering if say an EL XR6 would fit onto the AU block and if so would I experience any gains from doing so??

yes it will fit..
gains are questionable?? as the au head has the same size valves as the el tickford xr6 head.. so the only advantage would be the cam... |
